Dr. Garita obtained his dental degree with honors from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología in Costa Rica. He later specialized in periodontics at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Further advancing his expertise, he completed an Oral Implantology Residency at the esteemed California Implant Institute & School of Dental Medicine UNLV, where he gained extensive training in surgical techniques, implant placement, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Additionally, he earned a Master’s in Dental Aesthetics from the renowned Universidad Internacional de Catalunya (UIC) in Barcelona, Spain, focusing on advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures to enhance both function and aesthetics.

With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Garita has had the privilege of treating thousands of patients from around the globe.
